Another year another iPhone, or so it seems! This year Apple announced something a little different at their event on September 10th. We’ve all been accustomed to yearly releases of gorgeous iPhone’s in the past but in the all new 11 range there was something different this year, the iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max.
Featuring a Stunning Pro Display, A13 Bionic, Cutting-Edge Pro Camera System and Longest Battery Life Ever in iPhone with iPhone 11 Pro Max there’s not much more that you could ask for in the new iPhone we took a second to get up close and personal with the device and have this to report our favourite ten things about the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro:
- This is the first iPhone series to boast three cameras on the device. There’s a new Ultra Wide, Wide and Telephoto camera. The Ultra Wide camera captures four times more scene than ever. Apple says it’s like taking a massive step back without moving. There’s always new ways to get artistic shots and we’re excited to test it out!
- The new matte feel on the back of the iPhone feels great in hand along with the introduction of its new colour (Midnight Green). This is in contrast to the previous iPhones that had glass backings. The new glass is the toughest glass ever in a smartphone which will protect the phone with everyday incidents.
- The new Super Retina XDR display is a pro display with the brightest display ever in an iPhone device and it shows!
- The iPhone 11 Pro offers up to four more hours of battery life in a day than iPhone XS, and iPhone 11 Pro Max offering up to five hours more than iPhone XS Max. This along with the introduction to fast charging, you can get 50% battery in 30 minutes!
- The iPhone is rated IP68 for water resistance up to 4 meters for up to 30 minutes. Also, against everyday spills like water, coffees or sodas. Thank goodness!
- iOS 13 come shipped standard with the devices and features the super cool night mode feature which takes any kind of strain off your eyes when using your device in the dark. Using your phone when you’re scrolling in bed has never been easier!
- Keeping up with all things to do with the dark, the camera now features revolutionary improvements on low-light photography. This is because of the telephoto lens. There’s a night mode which helps you shoot breathtaking images at night.
- The video camera that shoots in 4K features a handy feature called cinematic video stabilisation which helps users shoot professionally styled videos right from their smartphone.
- The front-facing TrueDepth camera can now record 4K video at up to 60 fps and 120 fps slo-mo. These are officially dubbed “Slofies” and will definitely get you all the instagram likes.
