We met up with the Hello Joburg Team and some other influential Taste Makers for the evening and tried out one of their epic “Degustation Menu Courses.” The new chef in town, Justin Jonah: “The Aurelia’s team include Chef De Cuisine, Justin Jonah; Restaurant Manager, Richard Day; and Assistant Restaurant Managers, Soloman Mudau and Favourite Mbalane. Chef Justin Jonah has been a Senior Chef at Emperors Palace for the past two years but has been making a name for himself on the South African food scene for over 12 years. Justin brings boundless creativity and energy to the kitchen and is determined to create a signature style that is undeniably Aurelia’s.”
